We are thrilled to have developed a solution to forming small 1 cm whole muscle chicken cubes that would normally be produced using a dicing machine. Our clients were not happy with the waste produced using a dicing machine, we have offered them this solution, their waste has dropped to less than 3%, and their weight accuracy and product quality has increased.

Our recently installed machine in New Zealand is forming whole grain cereal bars made from oats, fruit and honey. By using our machines our client has reduced wastage by 35% as well as decreasing cooking time and handling.
